Amelia has extensive experience in the following areas of law:

Her friendly, down-to-earth, approach allows her to communicate clearly and effectively with her clients, relieving the anxiety and stress that can often be felt during the family law process.

Amelia joined Brazel Moore Family Lawyers in 2021 as our Family Law Team Leader, and is now specialising in Property Settlements, Children’s Parenting Orders, and Divorce.

She is a skilled negotiator and works co-operatively with all her clients and other lawyers with a view to obtaining the best outcome for her clients.

A high-achieving Solicitor with superior research and analytical skills, Amelia is committed to making the most of every opportunity to further develop her legal skills for the benefit of her clients, and strives to be a valuable member of the community. 

Higher Education and career:

Having attended Macquarie University, Sydney, she attained her Bachelor of Social Science and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2017.

In 2018 she completed her Diploma of Legal Practice, and was admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW. In 2019 she was also admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia.

During her studies Amelia gained knowledge and experience with practical legal training as a volunteer at the Central Coast Community Legal Centre, providing free legal assistance to people in need.

Born and raised on the Central Coast, Amelia likes to spend time enjoying our lovely beaches or curled up with a good book. Away from work she loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends.

Sue Barnett
Family Law Paralegal

Sue has had over 10 years experience as a secretary in Family Law, and has been with Brazel Moore Family Lawyers since October 2017.

She provides a wide range of support to the Brazel Moore Family Law Team and clients, including applying her extensive experience in preparing court documentation for Local Court, District Court, Family, and Federal Circuit Courts of Australia.

Strongly motivated in helping others, Sue is one of your first points of contact with the Team at Brazel Moore Family Lawyers, and is committed to ensuring that each client’s matter runs smoothly from start to finish.

Montana Rumore

Family Law Clerk

Montana is currently in her fifth year at Macquarie University studying a double degree in Law and Social Science. She has previously worked in administration and customer service from 2014.

Montana underwent volunteer work at a criminal law firm in Sydney before taking on work experience at Brazel Moore Lawyers in November 2020. Montana then joined the Family Law Team at Brazel Moore Lawyers as a Law Clerk in January 2021.

Bianca Storm
Family Law Secretary

Bianca joined Brazel Moore Lawyers in February 2022 as an Office Administration Clerk. She quickly gained skills in our busy Wills & Estates Practice and before long was promoted to Legal Secretary in a maternity leave relief position in September 2022, in our Compensation Law Practice.

In December 2022, she became an integral part of our Family Law Team, becoming a full time Family Law Secretary.

Bianca is very customer-oriented, with a background in retail and hospitality,  ensuring that our clients receive the utmost friendly, caring, professional service.

Hard-working and determined, Bianca prides herself on quickly establishing a rapport with clients.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
